Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in understanding our clients' business requirements, configuring Odoo to meet those requirements, and providing ongoing support and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, a deep understanding of Odoo modules, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend effective Odoo solutions.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure Odoo modules to align with client specifications.  Customize and extend Odoo functionalities to meet unique business needs.
  • Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of Odoo solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems. Collaborate with technical teams for seamless deployment.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on Odoo functionalities and best practices. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Documentation: Create detailed functional and technical documentation. Maintain documentation for future reference and training purposes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other consultants. Collaborate with clients to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience required for this role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, and others.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
